I am getting “The SourceSystemOwner value FUSION is invalid.”

I am getting an error when I load new talent profile records for some new hires. The error is The SourceSystemOwner value FUSION is invalid. That is the value for these employees on my OTBI extracts. These are new hires that have feed over from Taleo Recruit. I was able to load the employees that were loaded (non new hire) with the SSI_SOURCE value in that field.
