Start Workforce Compensation Cycle - Confirmation this does not send notifications to line managers?

Hello,

We are currently testing but would like to confirm that when we run the process to Start Workforce Compensation Cycle, line managers would not receive any notifications - this is because the plan needs to placed immediately into Administrative Mode, to allow us to import data columns not available in the HCM solution. 

When running the process we are keen it does not notify managers, it doesn't appear that we can start the plan in default Administrative Mode - the plan defaults to Active. Aware there are Open and Close notifications, hopefully these are the only notifications that are sent when the Reward Team are happy for these to be sent.
