Morning all,
Is there any audit capability to track whether or not the system is actually sending out email notifications? We have had a few Managers recently who say that their direct reports are booking leave, but they are not receiving any system emails to approve - which at this time of year could cause issues due to the approaching holiday year end.
Before I ask our IT Department to see if they can put a trace on the emails, I was wondering if there is an easy way to see if there was an issue sending them from the system.
