AR Customer Bank Account and Receipt Method

Unable to find AR Customer Bank Account and Receipt Method is missing from Existing Completed TransactionContent
Hi.
I realised fairly recently that I am unable to locate customer bank details from Manage Customer > Search > Account > Payment Details.
I remember being able to view Customer Bank Account details previously, until at least 19B
In addition, Receipt Method seem to have been wiped out from existing completed Transactions.
I am able to enter new transactions, enter and apply new receipts without any issues. Existing transactions were also matched to receipts successfully, so iit's just visibility I am having issues with. I am seeing this in 19C and 19D.
