Spreadsheet loader for goals in new UI

Hello,

I activated the new UI for performance management and goal management modules. Since that, I cannot find the link to download/upload employee goals using the spreadsheet. I looked the user guide and it is described the old way to download/upload goals (https://docs.oracle.com/en/cloud/saas/talent-management/19d/faugm/using-goal-management.pdf). Do you know If I have to enable a profile or something that to see to use again the spreadsheet loader for goals?
