Hi Everyone, 

Just wondering if someone could share their best practices when it comes to transitioning candidates from an old ATS to a new ATS? Our customer definitely wants to move over candidates currently on open requisitions, however we are trying to determine who should we move over from closed requisitions. Should we move over people only in the last year? What about those we want to protect from agencies? Should you consider moving people in a certain status? 

Also, did anyone consider downloading all candidates and just managing them in a database outside of the new ATS??
