Union Voluntary Deduction Element Setup

Summary

Which Secondary Classification to Use?

Content

We have some hourly employees that are unionized.  The union is seeking retirement/pension plan that will enable its members to participate and have a flat dollar amount deducted from the employees earnings.

i'm questioning setup of the element for this deduction.  I know that this deduction is to be a Voluntary Deduction and not been a Pretax Deduction.  The Primary Classification would be Voluntary Deduction.

The Secondary Classification I question whether to use Benefits After Tax, Pension Plan After Tax or Union Deduction.  Again, this is something the union is offering its union-members this is not a company benefit.  I think I should not use Benefits After Tax.  With that said, It almost seems if i should not use Pension Plan After Tax for my same reason.  Thus, my choice should be Union Deduction.
