Hi Gurus,

 

I am exploring Oracle Engagement Cloud and it has a self-service portal for end customers(B2C) which is called Digital Customer Service(DCS). It is built ABCS framework.

 

We have the abilities to expose Standard business objects in the forms.

 

Wondering if there are abilities to embed Custom object fields on the form while raising SRs? or is it Customisable?

 

Please let me know.
