Reverse Create Mass Legal Employer Change

edited Dec 17, 2019 6:12PM in Performance Management 5 comments

Summary

Cancelling the work relationship to reverse the legal employer change deletes Performance/Goals?

Content

We did a 'Create Mass Legal Employer Change' on an employee with an effective date of 12/16/19. We chose the option to 'Move Performance Goals and Documents'.

The date ended up getting changed to 1/3/20. So I cancelled the work relationship in the system to re-enter with the 1/3/20 date, and was able to do everything as previous, however now, there are no performance goals found for this employee. Cannot find performance documents either. Did the 'cancel work relationship' option delete the goals and performance docs?

Any guidance would be appreciated.
