Service Level for Safety Stock calculation

I want to put a different service level for each item

In plan options for Supply Plan, we have the following:

For Safety Stock Planning Method = Statistical for End Items, user-specified for all others

Check Use item-specific values enabled 

So, the options for Service Level and Forecast Error Type are disabled. I want to know where to put the values for these two options for each item.
