Hiding Germany from Disability country code drop down value

Hi Team

As of 19d, disability functionality is delivered for UK, US, Japan, Germany (recently delivered in 19d). Is it possible to remove some countries from the drop down values e.g. Germany as they will not be using this.

I have attached the screenshot. 

I dont think this is a customizable lookup also. Seems to be product seeded countries as per the local body requirement. This is something against our compliance policy. 

Any suggestion to handle this?
