My account expired in November and has been disabled. After deactivation, I received two bills. Deducted from my credit card. The first time was November 5, 2019, SGD6.18. The second time is December 3, 2019, SGD21.19. Why am I charged when I disable my free account? Since I received my first bill, I've started reporting issues for help, but haven't resolved it yet!
