Approval Workflow triggered upon HDL update of talent profiles

Hi all,

We have a custom requirement regarding configuring approval workflows for talent profile updates. In our organization, talent admins will be frequently updating employees' talent profile items via HDL mass updates (e.g. adding new competencies, changing proficiency ratings to a content item, etc.). However, mass updating profiles via HDL, we'd also like the system to trigger an approval notification to be sent to all line managers - essentially forcing them to review and approve each profile item change that was done through HDL.
