Restrict Candidate search

Hiring Managers should only have access to candidates on their requisitions

We have a requirement that - Hiring Managers should only be able to see candidates that are tied to the HM's own requisitions. This is from Candidate Search. Is it possible to restrict access via security? If so, how?
