Policy calculated by number of attendees
SummaryDoes the functionality exist so that a meal policy breach is calculated based on the amount per attendee
- Dinner policy is £50 (single instance limit)
- Receipt amount entered is £80, however two staff attendees (including claimant) are selected.
- System should calculate that each attendee has spent £40, so it does not breach policy.
This functionality works iExepnses (eBS)* but doesnt seem to work for me in Cloud, so wondered if I have set something up incorrectly.
If not, has anyone found a workaound/raised an idea?
* in iExpenses you could enable a 'Number of Attendees' field for the meals category which facilitated this.The field seems to be missing in Cloud as we can only enter the names.
