Hello,

In an effort to increase the diversity of our employee population in certain units, we are wondering if other organizations have found ways to eliminate or reduce implicit bias in the candidate review process.

In addition to training and making changes to our candidate selection process we were wondering if there is a way to mask certain candidate attributes from being made available to hiring managers when they are reviewing candidate resumes?
