Error 404 when connecting via ORDS

Hi,

i want to connect to the ATP instance via APEX/ORDS and get the error 404 in the browser, but the Autonomous Database shows 'Available' in the state. Further i get the error ORA-12514 when i try to connect to the Database via SQL Developer.

Please can somebody help me.
