"Change Network Settings" When Creating Instance...?
Summary
I cannot create a second instance and am met with an error each time I try to visit the url.Content
1. I go to the Instances panel
2. I click "Create instance" (https://console.us-phoenix-1.oraclecloud.com/compute/instances/create)
3. After a minute or so of a "loading wheel", I am met with the error message:
Change Network Settings
Something went wrong with the last request, but you might be able to fix the problem.Ask your network administrator to allow network traffic over HTTPS. Usually this involves updating network proxy settings. If that doesn't work, please contact support.
