Customizing Benefit Confirmationa nd Summary Report

Hi,

I need to customize the benefit confirmation and summary report with regard to text and layout. I want to the know how would the system will read /know to pick up the custom report instead of delivered report? Do I need to delete the delivered and replace with custom?

Any inputs will be helpful.
