Augmented writing tool to reduce gender-biased language in job description

Summary

Have an embedded augmented writing tool (like Textio) when writing a job description that reviews the language used and makes suggestions to reduce the use of gender-biased language

Content

It would be really useful to have an embedded augmented writing tool like Textio when writing the body of text for a job description that will be published as part of a role being advertised. Having such a tool would be really helpful in that it would act as an informative prompt to hiring managers and recruiters so that they are mindful of how the language they use in a job description can impact prospective candidates ensuring that it is as inclusive as possible, and therefore in turn, impact the number of candidate applications received.

Howdy, Stranger!
