HTML (Source) Coding Different Depending on Internet Browser

Client noticed that HTML Coding for Offer Paragraphs is getting changed when creating an offer paragraph in Google Chrome and then updating in IE.

My client has been expanding their usage of Advanced Offer in the past months and therefore have added numerous paragraphs in the Taleo Staging and Production zones. They have noticed that if a user creates a paragraph in Google Chrome and sets up all the appropriate formatting saves accordingly that if a different user logs into Taleo and attempts to edit the same paragraph when sending the offer or updating the template in IE that IE seems to "re-write" the back end HTML (Source) coding and then when the user saves the changes it completely alters the look of the
