Business Case

You can send purchase orders and change orders to your suppliers electronically using the Collaboration Messaging Framework. By default, electronic communication for change orders does not include lines, schedules, and distributions that have not been changed. However, your suppliers may expect the entire purchase order to be communicated instead.

Solution

You can edit the Purchase Order Data Model to output the entire order. Note that you must have enabled the profile option "Extensible Data Model Used for Electronic Messaging". Following are the steps:
