We have a requirement to Prevent creating Receipts for Terminated Accounts. The standard functionality allows that for collecting outstandings. However in our case there is no outstandings, and we need to prevent it to avoid mistakes, specially the Customer could have more then one account and among them they might have on inactive account.
Is there any workaround to hide these Inactive accounts from the LOV and Search either using Personalization or Setting up different Account Profile Class, Receipt Method, ….
Note: we have changed the Customer Account Class to "Inactive" and the Account Description to "Inactive"
