Is it possible to have one requisition BU with multiple procurement BU?

For example, we have two requisition BUs (A and and three procurement BUs (IT BU, Admin BU, Consumable BU)

We would like to have a relationship that IT BU, Admin BU and Consumable BU are service providers for A and B. When requester submit PR line with IT category, IT BU buyers can help processing the PR. Please refer to the picture for clearer expression.
