Load bulk Chart of Accounts new/changes

Is there a template to load a large quantity of Chart of Account additions/changes

We have overhauled our Chart of Accounts for 2020, and need to end-date a large number of accounts, and add a large number of accounts.

We used consultants to implement 2+ years ago, so we don't have experience with loading/changing CofA via spreadsheet/templates, but would love to save ourselves some time if we can.

Assuming there is a spreadsheet/template for this function, where to I find it and the instructions?
