Q regarding Flow: Req->RFQ->Award->Contract->PO (using Budgetary Control)

For Flow Req->RFQ->Award->Contract->PO, Req is not referenced on PO and therefore is not liquidated

I am trying to understand the functionality that is available now and in the future for the following Flow:
Requisition->RFQ->Award->Create Contract from Award->Fulfillment of Contract Lines to Create Standard Purchase Order.
(Including Budgetary Control and Encumbrance. )

Issue: PO is created, but does not reference Requisition, and therefore, the funds Status of the Requisition remains Reserved, instead of Liquidated (which occurs for the Flow Requisition->RFQ->Award->Create PO)

Thank you in advance for your help.
