Can't load Euro MT940 Statement

We are using MT940 bank statement to upload Euro bank statement which has prefix 5000 bank account and sort code on line 25. So, we need to remove the prefix at the begining and the sort code at the end using parse rule set. At the moment the statement bank account is not recognised. Any ideas?
