Hello,

What are the steps that need to be followed to load resumes for external candidates? I see that there is a candidate.dat file and it has Attachment Metadata line (excuse my language; I am not familiar with technical side of the process). But, not sure on how to attach the files on a dat file. Any help is greatly appreciated.
