Use Case and Business Need
I am not an SI. I am a customer.
My team is responsible to supervise our contractor's work to ensure it functions as expected, then shortly after production release we are responsible for support, and enhancements. Along these lines we have had questions about various Oracle product capabilities or implementations that are not addressed by documentation. Upon asking our various SI's we have gotten answers that maybe did not make sense or sometimes turned out to be just wrong.
