Using DKIM to authorize and authenticate emails from Oracle Field Service

Oracle Field service doesn´t support DKIM



At this time, our company is using the OFSC email channel to send notifications to our customers about their appointments and confirmations.

The problem we present is that emails reach our customers as SPAM, since by security standard all our messages should be authorized and authenticated (SPF / DKIM); As best security practice.

Right now, Oracle Field service doesn´t support DKIM, so we would like to know if others are presenting the same problem as us and if you do how are you mitigating it?.
