Mass additions/removals for delegations

Anyone know if there is a way to mass remove/add delegates?

We will have users who are a delegate for numerous amount of individuals within their unit and leave the department to work for a different unit on campus. They have asked if there is a way to mass remove those that have delegated to them versus asking each individual person to remove them as a delegate. In addition, they will have another list of individuals in their new department who need to delegate to them. As these types of turnovers happen often, users are finding these tasks to be repetitive and time consuming.
