How to add EFFs/ Attributes to GL Segments, Manager's name on a cost center.

We are on 19D.

We have cost center as one of our segments in the GL chart of accounts.

We have a request to add the cost center manager's name as an attribute to a cost center.  How can we add an attribute or DFF / EFF to a chart of accounts segment?

We also have been discussing adding other attributes to COA segments.
