Me > Goals -- Access Denied

When i try to review Goals in Me Send the message Access Denied

When i try to review Goals by quick action under Me> Career and Performance > Goals

Send the message Access Denied.

I think its a missing privilege but i didnt found it.

I will appreciate the help.
