Suppliers can not see the rejection comments on change orders initiated by Supplier

In our case, suppliers are given the option to initiate some changes in the PO from supplier portal. IF supplier initiates any changes, an approval goes to the buyer. But if buyer for any reason rejects the changes and put the reason of rejection in comments, it is not shown to the supplier.

Is there any way to show these comments to the supplier in the supplier portal which are provided by approvers in the change order approval notifications?
