Conversion Type and Conversion Date Error at FAH

Summary

The Conversion Type and Conversion Rate is defined at both Header/Line level still we are encountering the below errors at Create accounting execution report.

A conversion type is required for foreign currency journal line. Details: A conversion type must be provided when entered currency is different than the ledger currency.
A conversion date is required for the foreign currency journal line. Details: A conversion date must be provided when entered currency is different than the ledger currency.

If anyone overcome this error please suggest the solution.
