Summary

Meaning of Close Life Event message when processing a life event

Content

I get the following message when I try to process the life event. If processed no results showing with regards to the New Life Event.

Ex : When a person is newly hired 'New Hire' Life Event occurs - Employee will get related benefits at the new hire stage.

Then the 'Promotion' Life Event occurs (which is set up as an assignment change under life events).

The new Hire will process successfully but when processing the Promotion get the message and the employee is not enrolled for any new benefits.
