Hi Everyone, 

My customer is using workforce compensation. I understand that by design compensation letters (change comp statements) are generated once the merit plan has been completed. My customer is asking that we also generate a target letter (prior to the plan has started) to explain to employees what the actual plan is and what are their targets for the year. 

Is this feasible? And if so, please advise how you have done this.
