UPDATE (Sept. 2021): The EAP/Beta Program for SR Similarity has been closed and no new customers are being recruited for the program.

Similar SRs using Adaptive Intelligence' feature helps agents working on SRs to quickly find matching ones from the corpus of SRs already in the system, reducing resolution times and improving service quality. A distinctive aspect of the feature is, it leverages Oracle’s Adaptive Intelligence platform.
