How can I retrieve the custom column display names for inclusion in a BIP report?

Summary

We use a lot of user-defined columns in the compensation plans and I need to display the column display names with the values. Is there a way to do this without hard coding the mapping?

Hello

I need help finding the table that contains the Display Names of user-defined columns in compensation plans and if it isn't obvious, how to to join this table to CMP_CWB_PERSON_INFO_V because I don't see any custom segment IDs either.
