Hey Everyone, 

How do you assign targets and a min and max threshold to an ICP? I am trying to understand if its feasible and level of effort. Secondly, I need to assign the components of an incentive plan to an individual. We typically have at least three components. The component has a percentage weighting, threshold, target, maximum and currency. Each of these attributes need to be reportable and be used when doing workforce compensation. Right now we are storing al of this information on a DFF, but wondering if we could store it on a seeded field so that it is
