Fluid - Requisition Fields Overlapping

I'm testing 19D Fluid in staging and I'm noticing that my fields are overlapping, causing text to be appearing in the incorrect field (see attached screenprint).  I do see in a previous post that there are three columns defined by Fluid, which is fine, but how do I fix how mine look.

In addition, when I go to post my requisition it says I can't until all fields are completed, however, I have been over the req multiple times and I do not see any empty required fields.  I have also configured the languages.  Any idea why I can't post.   I don't like that there isn't a way to see what fields may still need completion (or is there and I've missed it.)
