Hi All,

I am looking for the best approach to setup/design for the Absence elements , Payment Rate Definitions for Occupational Plan Calculations.

Solution Design on Absence Elements , Rate Definitions for Occupational Payments in UK Public Sector clients.

Scenario:

Sick Pay Absence have two plans for United Kingdom legislation and scope of the client is Public Sector Payroll.

Also they pay Occupational Plan , Ex : Employee on 36 months of Service, so they pay 52 working days @ 100% and remaining 104 working days @50% of entitlements

All Absences are in Days Unit of Measure , Payroll frequency is Calendar Month
