500 Internal Server Error - URL returns error (OCI Essbase 19)

Instance configured but cannot access the web URL

I deployed Essbase 19 on OCI. The instance was deployed, and the related services are started (Essbase & Automation DB). However, when I try to access the Web page for the URL, is it not opening. The error displayed is 500 - Internal Server Error in web browser.

URL used is in format -- <public-ip>/essbase/jet

Please advise. Does it need any other services installed or configured?
