Company branding on emails to candidates
Summary
How to ensure candidates don't think emails are spam emailsContent
Hi all,
we are deploying Oracle Recruiting Cloud and, when testing candidate emails, we are unable to add a company graphic with the logo into the email template. We are concerned that, without a graphic or logo, candidates may think that the auto-generated emails will either be caught in spam filters or candidates may flag them as spam.
How have other folks built external candidate email templates to reduce the risk that this is considered a spam mail? Has this been an issue with any other customers whereby candidates don't get these notifications?
