Requisition approval using the grade of the recruiter

We need to setup an approval rule for requisitions that will include the grade of the recruiter and also the grade of the requisition.

 

eg.. upto grade M4 (requisition grade)- Any vertical recruiter can approve who's grade is M5 and above.

 

Can this be configured?
