Flexfield created in Salary (CMP_SALARY) is not visible? Any suggestion why?

Hello, is it possible to create a flexfield in Manage Salary page and employees can view in employee self service comp section ? I have created a flexfield in (CMP_SALARY) but it is not visible in the page. Any suggestion how to create it?
