We need line mangers to prepare the content for the talent review meetings by adding/updating ratings for career potential, risk of loss and Talent Score, so we have granted access to Content Types for the Line Manager through 'Manage Profile Content Section Access' to be able to view and edit the career potential, risk of loss and Talent Score.
When the line manager goes to My Team > Talent Review Meetings > Prepare Review Content, and adds ratings in, these ratings are immediately visible on the Workers Talent Ratings page, which seems incorrect as he is preparing for the talent review meeting, these are not final ratings
