Added the workforce structure management role to the custom role

Hello,

Problem: We are experiencing difficulty in finding the jobs for the job based succession plan when we use the custom role.

Work done so far: We have added the workforce structure management role to the custom role, which contains the view capabilities for positions, divisions, departments, etc. 

I have attached screenshots of what we see. Any help would be appreciated!
