Check Box Flexfield not appearing after the deploy

Hi,
We are trying to create a flexfield as a checkbox on the 'Enter Requisition Line' page. So, recently we tried to create a Check Box Flexfield in Procurement -> Purchase Requisitions -> Enter Requisition Line. But after the deploy, the check box didn't appear for selection.

To set the Check Box we went to: Setup and Maintenance -> Manage Requisition Descriptive Flexfields (Setup: Procurement) -> POR_REQUISITION_LINES -> Edit -> Edit

Anyone had the same problem or know similar cases?
