Can we report on how many SR`s go out of SLA

Hello All, 

i was wondering if anyone knows how i would go about creating a report on how many SR`s per period go out of SLA?  

 We want to do some work on whether or not we can reduce the SLA so if a report could show us how many cases were used that would be good. 

Any help is appreciated!
